you make me feel sometimes that the truest form of love only lasts
as long as the eye contact that transcends two separate minds and
gives them the energy for the next leg of the journey.
you make me feel sometimes that all the clichéd phrases are
overused for a reason and I would rather love and lose and share kisses
that are worth a thousand words than never learn to speak…
but oh wait, that refers to pictures, and yes, I have those too,
unorganized images of dreams, waking into days of
a different life, a different nickname, a different body
that somehow perfectly fits with mine.
(a different way of cooking eggs and here I thought I didn’t like them.)
